Ordering Information

| All products ordered through this catalog are for picking up at our local store. |
| We accept Cash, Discover, Master Card, and VISA. This catalog does NOT accept payment. Payment is made when you pick up your order. |
| We DO NOT ship any orders. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will be contacted via the telephone number on your order, if it is a local number. If not, we will notify you via your email address. |
| Orders will be held for 24 hours after you have been notified it is ready for pickup. After that point, each products availability is not guaranteed. |
| If you want to pick your order up the same day you placed it, and our store is open that day, please call us to let us know you placed an order. We normally check for new orders each morning. |
| We also back our products with detailed knowledge of the sport, warranty work/repairs, and the ability to do most other repairs. We can also teach you how to clean and maintain your Paintball Equipment purchased through our store. |
Product Pricing - MAP Policy

| Most Paintball Products on the market today have a MAP price as set by the Manufacturer. MAP is Minimum Advertised Price. Businesses not following this strict Manufacturer Policy can loose the ability to order from that Manufacturer. |
| We strictly follow all MAP Prices as set by the Manufacturer. Most companies including internet websites also follow this policy. |
| This MAP Policy means that everyone will have the same price or higher (if they want to go above the MAP Price). We do not go above the MAP Price. |
| If you find the same product at another local store, we will have the same price or lower (on MAP items), and we can back our products with detailed knowledge of the sport, warranty work/repairs, and the ability to do most other repairs. After all, we are a Paintball Store & Field. |
| If you find the exact same product at another local store, and the price is lower, please ask, we normally Price Match. If they are below MAP Price, we will not. |
Sale Price Policy

Sale Prices are for In Stock Merchandise Only. If any item is still listed On Sale, and we are out of stock, the sale price would not apply to any special orders for that item.
All sales on merchandise that is On Sale or Sale Priced are final. We do not accept returns on Sale Priced merchandise.
All items that are 'Sale Priced' or 'On Sale' are Cash Only (No Checks or Credit Cards) due to the Low Prices on these items. We are a small, locally owned and operated business. We Appreciate Our Customers. |
Warranty Policy

| Any Warranty will be handled by the Original Manufacturer according to any warranty policy that is included with the product. If a warranty policy is not included, please contact us and we will get you information on how to contact the supplier. |
| If you wish to return a product to us to handle warranty issues, repair, shipping, & handling fees will apply. These fees will vary depending on repair time or costs if sent to manufacturer for repair. |
| ALL of our Paintball Guns, that do not require a pre-charged power source, are test fired before sale to assure proper function and operation. |
Return Policy

Any customer returning their merchandise to us without being used or opened, will get a full refund minus a 10% Restocking Fee and Credit Card Processing Fees(4%).
Our Return Policy does Not Apply to any item that is On Sale or Sale Priced. See 'Sale Price Policy' above.
Our Return Policy does Not Apply to Paintballs. All Purchases for Paintballs are final.
